How do I create an eclipso Mail Europe account?
The sign up process at eclipso Mail Europe is simple and completed in just a few steps. Follow this guide to create your personal account.
How to create your account:
- Open the registration page: https://www.eclipso.eu/sign-up/ ↗
- Select your desired plan:
- For Connect, Premium or Business click Order
- For a free account click Register
- You will now be taken to the registration page. The menu guides you through five steps. At the end click Create account.
- If you selected a free account, you can log in immediately afterwards.
- If you selected a paid plan, you will be redirected to the payment page after clicking Create account. Enter your details and choose a payment method:
- PayPal
- Credit card
- Wire transfer (prepayment)
- Follow the instructions displayed according to your chosen payment method.
- Finally click Submit order.
- PayPal / Credit card: immediate activation after successful payment
- Wire transfer: transfer the displayed amount; bank details are shown at the end of the order process.
Why is my desired username not available?
During registration, your desired username or e-mail address may not be available. This can happen for several reasons.Reasons why a username may not be available:
- The username is already in use by another user.
- A very similar username already exists. Example: If "example@eclipso.eu" exists, "examp1e@eclipso.eu" may not be allowed.

- The username has been reserved to prevent spam or misuse.
Tip: Choose an alternative spelling, e.g. with numbers, a hyphen or an additional word (e.g. firstname.lastname2, firstname-project, firstname.mailbox).
