What happens to my alias addresses if I don't renew my subscription?

Do you use alias addresses in the Connect, Premium or Business tariff, do you not want to renew or the term of your subscription has expired?
 

What are the consequences if I don't renew my subscription?

  • If you do not extend or renew your subscription, your account will automatically be downgraded to the standard Freemail tariff after the term has expired, and various value-added functions will then no longer be available.
  • Managing, editing, adding and deleting alias addresses is no longer available.
  • All alias addresses associated with your account will be placed in recipient-only status. Receiving emails via an alias address is still possible.
  • The alias address is no longer available for sending and is no longer displayed in the selection menus when composing an email.
 

What can you do to continue to actively use your alias addresses?

We recommend extending your subscription in good time as soon as you have received notification from us by email that your booking is about to end. You will receive notification of the upcoming end of the term 14 days before the end of the booking period. This means you are always on the safe side and do not lose any advantages.
