How can I change my tariff or upgrade my account?

Upgrading to a higher tariff gives you functions and some added value that are not available in the standard eclipso Freemail tariff are, eg IMAP or more storage space.

All paid tariffs are completely ad-free. You can change tariffs at any time. To do this, go to the Settings > Account | Upgrade to.
 

1. Log in to your account from the desktop version.
2. Go to the Settings menu > Account | Upgrade.
3. Choose your desired tariff.
4. Then click on [ Order package ].
5. Choose the term and enter your postal address for billing.
6. Now select the payment method and then click on [ Submit order ].

 

Payment via Sofort.com or PayPal

If you have selected PayPal or Sofort.com, you will be forwarded to the platform of the respective payment service provider. Now follow the instructions of the respective payment provider. After the payment has been made, you will be automatically redirected to our site. The account upgrade is active immediately after confirmation by the payment provider.

Payment in advance (wire transfer)

If you have selected payment in advance (wire transfer), our bank details will be displayed after the ordering process. Now transfer the displayed amount to our account under the stated purpose. Once the money has been received, we will activate the upgrade.
