How can I change my tariff or upgrade my account?

Upgrading to a higher tariff gives you access to additional features and convenience not included in the free eclipso Freemail tariff - such as IMAP, more storage space or ad-free usage.

You can change your tariff at any time. To do so, open Settings > Account | Upgrade.
 

1. Log in to your account using the desktop version.
2. Open Settings > Account | Upgrade.
3. Select your desired tariff.
4. Click [ Order package ].
5. Select the term and enter your billing address.
6. Select your preferred payment method and click [ Submit order ].

 

Payment via PayPal or Credit Card (Stripe)

If you selected PayPal or credit card, you will be redirected to the respective payment provider. The upgrade becomes active immediately after payment confirmation.

Payment via SEPA Direct Debit (Stripe)

SEPA direct debit is available to new user accounts only after 30 days of account age. Existing users may use SEPA direct debit at any time.

Payment in advance (bank transfer)

If you selected payment in advance, our bank details will be displayed after completing the order. Transfer the displayed amount using the specified reference code (VK-). Once the payment has been received, we will activate your upgrade.
