How do I renew my subscription?

A year with eclipso Mail & Cloud has passed quickly and it's time to renew your subscription. It is our concern that you remain in control of your finances at all times. That's why we don't automatically extend the term of your booked value-added tariff!

In order to be able to continue using your desired tariff and your account without restrictions, you can quickly and easily extend the booking period. We will inform you about this by e-mail about 14 days before the end of the term. Within the 14 days it is still possible to extend the term of your subscription.

It's no problem if you extend the term before the end of the booking period. The new booking and extension is simply appended to the current term.

How do I extend the term of my subscription?

  • Log into your account from the desktop version and check on the Settings > Account | Upgrade the duration of your subscription.
  • In the "Current tariff" section, click on [ +Renew subscription ].
  • Then select the payment method you would like to use to pay.

Payment via or PayPal

If you have selected PayPal or, you will be forwarded to the platform of the respective payment service provider. Now follow the instructions of the respective payment provider. After the payment has been made, you will be automatically redirected to our site. The account upgrade is active immediately after confirmation by the payment provider.

Payment in advance (wire transfer)

If you have selected payment in advance (wire transfer), our bank details will be displayed after the ordering process. Now transfer the displayed amount to our account under the stated purpose. Once the money has been received, we will activate the upgrade.

InfoPlease make sure that you always state the current reference (VK-) when renewing your subscription in advance (wire transfer). A new invoice is created for each booking and for each upgrade and a new subject (VK-) is generated for payment in advance. We cannot assign payments that are transferred to us with an already used, wrong or expired reference code.


Did you miss the end of the booking period and the 14-day period?

If the term of your value-added tariff is not renewed, your account will revert to the standard Freemail tariff at the end of the term and you will lose all comfort and value-added functions. All e-mails and data are of course retained.

If the storage volume used exceeds the volume of the standard tariff, you can no longer receive e-mails. E-mails can be sent, but they are not saved in your "Sent" folder.

To continue using your account, simply book your desired tariff again. You can then use your account as usual.
