How do I request a (new) SMS activation code?

If you change your mobile phone number or mobile phone provider, it may be useful to store the new number in your account. To change the mobile phone number already stored, proceed as follows:

  • Please call up the menu Settings > Account | Contact details.
  • Delete your mobile phone number and save the mask without number with OK.
  • If the field is empty, enter your current mobile phone number (cell phone number) in international format (country code - provider code - phone number - e.g. 0049160123456789) and save the information with OK.
  • In a few moments you will receive a new activation code to the specified phone number.
  • When you have received the activation code by SMS, call up the SMS menu and follow the instructions.
  • If the activation code has been successfully confirmed, you can, for example, use the Forgot Password function again.
