What are credits and what can I use them for?
Credits are our virtual means of payment. With credits, the postoffice, fax and SMS value-added functions are billed on a credit basis. Before you can use our postoffice, fax and SMS services, you must top up your account with credits.
Credits cannot be used for tariff changes / account upgrades or term extensions, offsetting is not possible. You can change tariffs, upgrade or extend the term in the desktop menu Settings > Account | Upgrade and select your desired tariff.
