Which payment methods and payment options does eclipso offer?
Payment for our Connect, Premium and Business value-added tariffs as well as topping up your account to use our value-added services (Postmail, Fax, SMS) takes just a few steps and is quick and easy. Currently we offer payment by PayPal, Klarna/Sofort.com or by Wire transfer (prepayment).
How does the payment process work?
- When placing an order, please choose in the section " Payment method " section, choose how you would like to pay.
- Then click on " Submit order "
- With Wire transfer (prepayment), our bank account details are displayed directly after the order process, which you can transfer to your banking program
- Klarna / Sofort.com: Please have your bank details ready, you will be redirected to the website of the payment service provider
- PayPal: Please have your PayPal access data ready, you will be forwarded to the website of the payment service provider
- Wire transfer (prepayment): Your booking will be activated after receipt of money on our bank account and can take 2-3 working days. You will be notified by e-mail about the booking and activation
