Registered letter: How do I receive a confirmation of receipt or the trackingnumber?
You have the possibility to track a sent registered letter with the shipment number. The shipment number / tracking ID is always available shortly after the actual shipment. Therefore, please note the status of your letter.
Where can I find the shipment number and the tracking link?
- Call the menu Post > Journal on
- Select the letter that was sent by registered mail
- Select Registered letter > Tracking: "Click here"
