How do I add contacts to an address book group?

Contacts can be assigned to groups. There are several ways to assign a contact to one or more groups.


To assign a single contact to one or more groups:

  • Log in to your eclipso account via the desktop interface
  • Open the address book
  • Tap the contact you want to edit (1)
  • Tap on Edit in the bottom right-hand corner (2)

Select contact to edit
  • To assign the contact directly to a group, activate the checkbox (3) next to the group or groups you want to assign to the contact.
  • If the desired group has not yet been created, you can create a new group via the field New group on the right
  • Finally, click on OK to save the entries
  • The contact is now assigned to the group
