The page is not displayed correctly

Most browsers store data such as graphics, scripts or text in the browser cache / history so that websites are displayed faster. Our web pages are dynamically generated and reassembled each time they are opened. The data stored in the browser cache / history can therefore already be obsolete and lead to display problems.

Possible display problems:

  • Inbox: e-mails are not displayed
  • Inbox: The menu is shifted.
  • Inbox: The inbox list can no longer be adjusted in width or height.
  • Inbox: Nothing can be clicked anymore

Solution:

Empty the browser cache / browser history and then call the page again with CTRL+F5. After emptying the browser cache it may happen that you have been logged out and the security warning is displayed. Log in as usual, then the display problem is usually solved.
