My account has been blocked

Accounts may be suspended due to individual or repeated violations of our terms and conditions e.g. will be blocked for the following reasons:

  • Account security (including identity fraud or third-party logins)
  • Spammin / spoofing
  • Your account has not been used for some time and was therefore automatically blocked

If you think your account has been blocked by mistake, send us a message. As soon as you send us a request, we will check the matter and get back to you.

We need to check:
  • Your account name or Your @eclipso e-mail address
  • Your alternative e-mail address to which we can reply
