Top up your account with credits - How does it work?

In order to use our chargeable value-added services lettermail (Post), fax or SMS, you must top up your account with a credit balance, the credits. Credits are our internal currency and are used for payment. The fees (credits) incurred for the use of our value-added services are deducted from your credit balance.

Credits are always topped up as a one-off amount. There are no monthly fees. If the credit is used up, the use of the value-added services is no longer possible.

You will find the menu item "Add credits to your account" in various places in your account, e.g. directly on your home page after login or in the settings under "Account | Administration".
 

How do I top up my account with credits?

 
  • Select in the menu "Top up account" first the number of credits or the amount with which you want to top up your account (min. 1000 = 10,00 EUR / max. 50000 = 500,00 EUR credits per top-up)
  • Then click on "OK"
  • Enter a billing address
  • Choose in the section " How do you want to pay? " select how you wish to pay. You can pay with Klarna / Sofort.com, PayPal or in advance
  • Then click on " Complete the order with payment "
  • If you pay in advance, our bank details will be displayed directly after the ordering process, which you can transfer to your banking program
  • Klarna / Sofort.com: Please have your bank details ready, you will be redirected to the website of the payment service provider
  • PayPal: Please have your PayPal access data ready, you will be forwarded to the website of the payment service provider
  • Once the payment process has been completed via Klarna / Sofort.com or PayPal, you will be redirected back to eclipso, the booking will be made immediately and you can use your credit immediately
  • Prepayment: The booking will be activated after receipt of money on our account. You will be informed by e-mail about the booking and activation
